SDHR introduces new government training system

Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) is constantly working to develop and update its training and foundation programmes in order to meet the needs of institutions, departments, and their employees. The directorate develops training programmes that successfully contribute to the growth of human capital and progress of government work in the Emirate of Sharjah.
In conjunction with the beginning of 2022, SDHR announced a new system for a package of fundamental programmes aimed at Sharjah government employees. Which encompasses seven primary functions: finance, human resources, customer service, secretarial and administrative support, media relations, strategic planning, and information technology.

The new training plan aims for the extended 11 levels until the end of the year. As a result, each level contains unique elements that are compatible with the requirements of the government employees.

The new system assists in accurately assessing training results, and the impact of training on employees will be monitored on a frequent basis to track performance progress.

The new training programme has commenced in the financial sector, with staff from several Sharjah government ministries participating.
