Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Media Council, inaugurated on Tuesday afternoon Shams Business Center of Sharjah Media City “Shams”.
A visual presentation that dealt with the history of the establishment of Shams and the stages of its development and growth, its goals, and its future aspirations was delivered to Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed during the opening ceremony.
He toured, the facilities of the centre, and was briefed on the various advantages and services it provides to companies and institutions.
Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed met with a number of entrepreneurs and companies’ directors at the center, where he listened to their opinions regarding the quality of services that the centre is providing that contribute to the development of media establishments.
The Shams Business Center is one of Shams’ significant achievements, in which it embodies its bright future and enhances its role as a media and creativity global center.
The opening ceremony was attended by Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Seaports, Customs and Free Zones Authority, Sheikh Majid bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Director of Sharjah Districts and Villages Affairs Department, and Sheikh Salem bin Mohammed bin Salem Al Qasimi, Director of the Commerce and Tourism Development Authority, along with several heads and directors of government departments.
